MAP OF THE HARBOR
RULES
- Only one person may drive the boat throughout your rental
- Driver assumes full responsibility of the boat and everyone on the boat
- Driver must be 25 years or older and have a valid driver's license
- Driver must remain sober, no drinking and driving
- Boat must remain in the harbor, do not go in the open ocean
- Do not go down narrow inlets where boats are parked
- Stay out of the red areas on the MAP
- Stay 20 feet away from rocks docks and other boats
- NO BRAKES!!! Proceed slowly and use reverse to slow down when needed.
- Travel counter clockwise direction around the harbor as if you were driving on roads
- Stay 20 feet away from sea lion barge
- When approaching sea lion barge travel around it in the same direction as others
- Do NOT trash the boat, use trash can and wipe up spill please
- Cleaning FEES will be charged if boat is excessively dirty
- Kids 12 & under must wear life jackets at all times on board
- NO SWIMMING in the harbor, everyone must stay on board at all times
- NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the boat
- NO FISHING ALLOWED
- Do NOT removed doors windows or tops
- No riding or sitting on the elevated bow or stern sections
- When returning to the dock listen to instructions from dock worker. Proceed very slowly into the dock. Once lined up to the dock you can drift into the dock in neutral at a slow speed as not to damage the boat.
- It is harder to damage a boat at slow speeds, so always go slow when parking to prevent damage.
- You are responsible for the lives of those on board and those in the water around you, so please act responsible and make good choices.
